Serves 6-8 People
6 avocados
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
6 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 tomato chopped with seeds removed
1/2 onion chopped
1 jalapeno finely chopped
1 chipotle pepper finely chopped (Preferably in Adobo Sauce)
1 squeezed lime
Salt and pepper to taste

Extra guacamole tip: leave the pit in the bowl with the guacamole to keep it from turning brown quite so fast! Sounds weird, but it works. Freaking voodoo, man…
Wow, this recipe is legit. I just tried it out this weekend. Nothing like fresh good guacamole and some Coronas. That leaving the pit in the guac trick really works too. We ended up getting tanked and let our guac sit while playing beer pong for a few hours, and it didn’t go brown at all.
