  • Heriloom Tomatoes (from garden)
  • Basil (from garden)
  • Mozzeralla
  • Balsamic Vineagar

Cut tomatoes and mozzarella into 1″ slices. Layer from bottom to top: tomato, basil, mozzarella…drizzle balsamic over top. If you are feeling LARSONish or if you have extra tomatoes, add another tomato on top of the mozzarella. Consume with alcohol…clothing optional.
